Can cell leaders use it from their phones?
Yes. The officer and cell leader interface is fully mobile-optimised. Leaders can register visitors, record converts, log attendance, and complete follow-ups entirely from their smartphones.
How does the SMS integration work?
Ekklesia integrates with in built SMS. You get a partricular amount of sms unit each time subscribe to a plan. when your sms unit finishes before the plan expires you can also topup the unit which is paid.
Is our member data safe and private?
Absolutely. Your data is stored on Nigerian-hosted servers, encrypted at rest and in transit. No data is shared with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Can I migrate data from our current system?
Yes. We support CSV import for members and visitors. Kingdom plan subscribers receive a dedicated migration specialist who will transfer your data from any system — including Excel spreadsheets.
What happens when our church grows beyond the plan limit?
You'll receive a notification when you approach your limit and can upgrade to the next plan at any time. Your data, settings, and history are fully preserved through any upgrade.
Does Ekklesia work for denominations?
